INDIA VISA PROCESSING TIMES AND FEES (consular and our service fees are included)

The following rates apply for processing your Indian visa request. Our staff guarantees that your visa application materials will be complete and couriered directly to and from the Consulate. India visa fee includes consular fee, courier, and our service charge. Consul's decisions are final and cannot be appealed. Processing time may take up to 10 business days.

The processing time is in BUSINESS DAYS. Note that for citizens of Czech Republic and Slovak Republic, processing time is a minimum of 21 working days.

All of the following documents must be received by our office before processing your visa to India.

INDIA VISA REQUIREMENTS:

• Order Form, thoroughly completed
• Your actual passport with at least 2 blank visa-designated pages. Passport must have a minimum validity of six months from the date of application with at least two blank visa pages. Last 2 amendment pages are not acceptable. Must be the actual passport not a copy.
• Two passport-size photographs
• One copy of India visa application form, completed online at: https://www.indian-visa.com/expedite/application-link and signed.
• Payment: A company or personal check or money order made payable to "GO TO RUSSIA Travel" (see table below for amounts). To pay for your Brazil visa by credit card, please download the credit card authorization form. Include the form in the package that you mail to us.
• Green Card Holders: Applicants who are not Citizens of USA, but hold long term US visa or a Green Card should submit a copy of the visa or the Green Card. (Non US Citizens - Permanent Resident/Green Card Holders Only)

Business: Valid for 6 months/one year with multiple entries. A letter (on company letterhead) from Sponsoring Organization indicating the nature of applicant's business, probable duration of stay, places and organizations to be visited incorporating therein a guarantee to meet maintenance expenses, etc. should accompany the application. ii) Long term Business visas for ten years (multiple entries) in case of US Citizens and five years (multiple entries) for other nationals are available only to those who have set up industrial/business joint ventures in India. This fact, along with the details of joint venture in India must be mentioned in the sponsorship letter.

Although we guarantee our services, there are circumstances which we cannot control. We are not responsible for stolen visas or those lost or damaged in the mail. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued as the Consulate may refuse to grant entry/exit visa for any reason. Your Consular fees are reimbursable only if you are denied an entry visa and the Consulate has offered to refund it's fee. Otherwise, such fees are non-refundable and subject to change without notice.

One day should be added for FedEx delivery of your visa to your home. Be aware that Consulates are closed for all U.S. and their National holidays. Please call us for information on specific country's National holidays.
